1. Contact with our Service department (SM) for transferring in web site https//bestPCB.org while requesting to transfer your certification to Best PCB.
2.The Service department (SM) will contact the transfer person to know jhe qualification requirements.
3. After basic communication that the transfer person ned to complete the1) Form1: application
2) Form 2 -working experience,
3) Form 3 -auditing,
4) Form 4- training
5) From 5 -witness and
6) From 6 -the code to BEST PCB .
7) Special requirement for transfer

• Last audit report
• Status of outstanding nonconformities
• Valid certificate issued by an IAF accredited certification body
• Stage of the current certification cycle
• Reasons for seeking this transfer certification

4 .Payment: pay the application fee and annual fee.
5.Checking: The office will check the all requirements if missing documents will ask the application person to add.
6 Reviewing by Veto: VM will send to qualified people for Veto and record in the form 7. After the successful review of your documentation, Best PCB will be able to determine the audit result duration and next steps based on your current certification cycle.
7 Determine the audit result duration and next steps:
7.1Approved to take witness (interview) only.
7.2Approved to take test and witness (interview).
7.3Approved to take training, test and witness (interview) .

8.Upon successful completion of the above steps, including here verification of implementation of corrective actions for outstanding major nonconformities and accepting plans of corrections for minor nonconformities, a PCB Certificate will be issued, while respecting the dates of the previous certification cycle.9 In the meantime, your previous certification body will be informed that you will no longer wish to maintain your certification with them.
